Ordinary, everyday art..in a suburb near you

Here are two 'artists in residence' for the day, at No 39.

Pretext: the weather: in local parlance, "a polar weather front".

    Public art! and impermanent as well. You can see how proud these guys are of their work - I wonder what would happen if you gave them the same quantity of clay - or a hebel block!
